The remotes are the same, but the 6300 has bluetooth, while the 6290 does not.
Also, according to Consumer Reports, the image quality for the 7000 and the 6300 are both “excellent” (not saying the 7000 isn’t better), but the Motion Blur on the 7000 is more pronounced on 7000 (a “fair” rating) than on the 6300 (a “good” rating).
