I am moving to a foreign country and bought the UN55JS9000 Fxza? I t is still in the box and will remain there for the move. My question is…. a couple of reference guides say that they have not perfected the curved screen as of yet and that if you are not sitting dead center you will get distortion while watching the TV. I really trust your web site and trust your judgement totally. I am 75 by myself and very active. I love modern and technology. If you were me would you keep the 9000 or buy a flat screen JS8500 tell me true. I also purchased the curved sound bar HW JM6000c. I this good or should I forget the bar? I love the surround effect. Have allways owned Samsung and always been happy. No problems!

If you love to try new technology, then I’m quite sure that you should try curved one. Samsung curved is quite mature than the curved OLED of LG. It’s also rated excellent by its customers so no worries from the customer’s perspective. But for sure the flat panel one is still better in sales since It’s indeed affordable in price. For me it’s a matter of budget. If you have more budget to spend, you can go ahead with curved, but if your budget is limited than flat panel is the one to choose.
