I just purchased a tv that the carton and manual say it’s a 6290 at Target, and manual says it has a smart remote, and the remote looks like the remote the manual shows as a smart remote. Haven’t set it up yet, so don’t know how it works, but looks like I’d rather have a remote with number buttons on it. lol But we’ll see.
I bought a Samsung un55ku6290 at target. The ad at the store said it was aun55ku6300.I didn’t notice the difference until i was throwing the box away.So I got screwed by target. I wish I looked closer at the box. But I’m sure they know what they were doing. Short change the customer

The same thing happened to me at Target but I hadn’t left before I noticed. I raised hell. I got a refund and went to another Target and got the 6300.
Is the remote really the only difference? The 6290 is $250 less than the 6300 at the big box electronics store.
No the 6290 doesn’t have Bluetooth
No bluetooth on the 6290? That is more significant than the smart remote and throw the two together it’s well worth the $50.
BOTH come with the exact SAME remote. ONLY difference is blue tooth.
